2024-12-11	Sh*****		Booked Sylhet to Cox ticket. Not a good experience. Their bus supposed to start at 0845 PM, but right now it's 1100 PM, we couldn't board the bus due to late. Still bus need more 2 hrs to come at Sylhet station. Their overall management is bad. Always late. If you're in good mood to start your vacation, they are here to ruined it.

2022-07-13	Et*****		Day by Day their service is becoming worst and local type. Seats should be changed, bus often vibrates. Some staffs behave ia not gentle. I am a reguler passanger from the very beginning . Why always Ujan Vati restaurent? No break for prayer. I am tired.

2022-07-06	Ta*****		Bus and driving is excellent. Timing moderate, but even after requesting to pick us from Kalabagan, Dhaka, they denied telling bus won't go upto that point. But, when forced to reach Arambagh, counter told it is coming from Kalabagan.😥 When reached Jashore they dropped us infront if a tiny road side hotel at 4.20am telling their counter is closed, it was so risky.😰 I was with my wife and 2 daughter. May be will travel again but will not take their night coach.
