2024-12-27	Ku*****	Nightmare to cancel. 3 weeks after our pet returned on their own, thankfully, and we're still being billed weekly. Customer service number on the charges is a Google number that is perpetually closed, charges have also changed names. I made 100% sure to go back info the app and put pet as found and it even stated it'll stop your subscription but nope, still being charged. Requested refunds via play store, contested charges on credit card.

2024-12-01	K *****	Poorly written App, seems to have very limited options for distributing the flyers and recommended only one FB page in my country. In my opinion, my actions I have taken already have far more audience reach than this App offers. Some of the links don't work, cannot write anything about your pet. I emailed all pets in the Waikato from a list publicly available, this App couldn't even do that. I would not recommend.

I don't recommend paying for premium as I looked around online for what it did for me and didn't find much other than being included in a list of names. I think the best thing is the "attractive sounds"... They really did catch the attention of the local cats! List of shelters they provided was also good if your pet isn't microchipped.

2024-11-14	Ri*****	Our dog vacated our car at a rest area in Virginia. We exhausted all our resources waiting at the rest stop for the dog. We had to leave it behind. Paw Guide helped us get our dog back from 1500 mi away. Hats off.

2024-11-12	So*****	Do not use this app, they did nothing to help me find my lost cat and are still trying to take $9.99 a week out of my bank, I've had to cancel all my cards. It's been 2 months, this is a scam.

2024-11-08	Ta*****	My cat was missing for a whole week! I was so desperate I posted on every pet finder I could possibly find, and this helped so so much! I might have found him faster if I paid for the extra add ons, but I'm so thankful to have my cat back!

2024-10-31	Ma*****	All this app does, is provide a complicated, ad-filled opportunity to spend $10 a week to post an ad on their Facebook page. I can post on my local missing pets facebook page in a quarter of the time and not have to sit through an annoying slide show, not have to worry about accidentally giving grifters money, and get more effective results.
