DukanWala – Smart Defaulter Management for Shop Owners

Running a business means trusting your customers. But when payments don't come through, it hurts — your cash flow, your livelihood, and your peace of mind. DukanWala is built for shop owners and small businesses to
track, manage, and settle unpaid dues smarter and faster.

Why DukanWala?
Every shopkeeper has faced a customer who promised to pay "next time" and never did. DukanWala gives you a verified, organized system to record those cases — and a shared network to warn fellow business owners before
they face the same loss.

Key Features

🔍 Search Defaulters — Search by name, phone number, or Aadhar across a shared database of reported defaulters before extending credit to a new customer.

📋 Add & Manage Defaulters — Record complete defaulter details including name, address, phone, Aadhar, PAN, defaulted amount, total due, notes, and supporting documents (photos or PDFs).

💰 Razorpay-Powered Settlement — Defaulters can pay a 10% settlement fee through a secure Razorpay payment flow to mark their record as settled, encouraging accountability.

📎 Document Attachments — Attach up to 5 supporting files (bills, receipts, photos) as evidence for each defaulter record.

🏪 Shop Profile — Register your shop with your business details. All your records are managed under your verified shop identity.

🔒 Secure & Private — Your data is protected with JWT-based authentication. Only approved shops can add defaulters.

How It Works
1. Register your shop and get approved.
2. Add a defaulter with their details and outstanding amount.
3. Your listing helps other businesses in the network stay protected.
4. If the defaulter pays the settlement fee, the record is automatically marked settled.

Who Is It For?
DukanWala is designed for kirana store owners, wholesalers, distributors, service providers, and any small to medium business owner who extends credit to customers.
