Zone Training Log helps you understand your cardio training through heart-rate zones, workout history, and clear activity summaries.

Connect Health Connect to import workouts and daily activity, then review the metrics that matter for zone training: heart rate, time in zones, distance, pace, elevation, calories, steps, and training duration.

Use the app to keep a clean training log, add workout titles and notes, organize sessions with tags, review summaries, and plan future workouts. Optional AI-generated workout suggestions can help you prepare training ideas based on your recent activity and goals.
