Unfortunately and dissappointingly there is no improvement. I wish I could be more positive. Sadly a very poor execution and experience overall! Over 16 months on and still not getting notifications when my lock is accessed. MAJOR safety and security concern.

2023-03-15	Ch*****	When a new app for the CL5510 was announced, I was looking forward to something that addresses some of the shortcomings of the old K3 Connect app (e.g. the ability to change the email address associated with an account or the ability to export clients or improvements to the buggy data tansfer from the lock) I was disappointed to see that the only thing that changed was the colour scheme. Why did that need a migration on our end?

2023-02-17	Ma*****	Being able to remote control the locks is the main reason this app exists and yet, the gateway settings did not get ported from the old K3 Connect app. Manually setting the gateway up is not working either. Keep getting the error: "The lock is connected to the Internet but there is an error in the cloud server, please try again later." The locks have been offline since 2/10/23 and there is no indication that they will be online anytime soon (today is 2/16/23). This is a total hack job.
