Your optical shop's counter on your cell phone.

My Optical Shop brings together your customers, prescriptions, service orders, inventory, and cash register. It's the CodeHamper Optical Shop app and uses the same account and data as the dashboard and computer program: what you enter in one appears in the others.

WHO IT'S FOR
Opticians and neighborhood optical shops: the owner, the manager, and whoever serves at the counter.

THE COUNTER STARTS WITH WHAT MATTERS
• The CH Assistant separates what to do today: ready-made glasses waiting for the customer, overdue service orders, expiring prescriptions, birthdays of the day, and products with minimum stock.

• Each notification leads to the correct screen or a ready-made message to send on WhatsApp.

• Have a question about how to do something? Ask the Assistant and receive the answer with the path in the app.

• Right below, the numbers for the day and upcoming deliveries.

COMPLETE CLIENT INFORMATION
• Registration in steps: name, CPF (Brazilian tax ID), date of birth, WhatsApp, phone number, email, and address. Enter the ZIP code, and the street, neighborhood, and city will automatically fill in.

• Optical preferences: how they found out about you, insurance plan, profession, screen use, and frame preference.

• Search by name, phone number, or CPF and open the record with WhatsApp, call, and New Service Order with one tap.

• Finished the registration halfway through? The app saves the draft.

COMPLETE PRESCRIPTION, WITH PHOTO
• Prescription for each eye (spherical, cylindrical, and axis), addition, distance and near pupillary distance, and height.

• Who prescribed it, the date, and the expiration date, with a warning if the prescription is about to expire.

• Photograph the prescription and keep it handy: it appears on your phone, computer, and dashboard.

• Client returned with the same prescription? Use "repeat the last one" and just check.

NEW WORK ORDER VIA MOBILE
• Choose the customer and prescription, add frames, lenses, and services from stock, and mark the lens type and treatments.

• The total is always visible, and for those viewing the financial information, the down payment and installments are shown.

• Track each work order from opening to delivery and generate a PDF to send to the customer.

• Ready? Notify via WhatsApp with the prepared message; just check and send.

STOCK AT HAND
• Frames, lenses, contact lenses, accessories, and services, filtered by type.

• Items with minimum stock are highlighted.

• Scan the barcode on the label with the camera to find or register the product.

• The work order automatically updates the stock.

CASH AND CREDIT
• For those viewing the financial information: cash inflows and outflows, daily and monthly balance, open and overdue installments.

• Process an installment payment at the counter and view the optical store reports.

EACH PERSON WITH THEIR OWN ACCESS
Each team member has a role in the Optical Shop. Managers and staff register clients, record prescriptions, open and advance service orders; those who only consult have read-only access. Values, cash register, credit, and reports only appear to those who can view the financial information.

ALSO ON THE COMPUTER AND ON THE PANEL
The same account works on the computer program (Windows and Linux) and on the online panel in the browser. Client, prescription, photo, and service order entered on the mobile phone appear on the counter computer, and vice versa.

WITHOUT INTERNET
If the connection drops, the app notifies you and keeps what you had already loaded on the screen. Pull down the screen to refresh when the network returns.

START FOR FREE
The app is free. Log in with your CodeHamper account, with email and password or with Google, or create an account through the app itself. Optical is one of the account's products: activate it for free on the home screen with the Start plan, and try the Essential plan for 30 days without a card. Plans with more capacity are available in the dashboard for when the optical business grows.
