Code Four is a secure report-writing and evidence platform built for law enforcement and public-safety agencies. It helps officers turn body-worn camera footage, audio, and field notes into accurate, well-structured incident reports — faster, and with a complete chain of custody.

Accounts are provisioned by an agency administrator; officers cannot self-register. Access requires an active agency agreement.
