2024-05-29	Es*****	The program has a hostile design, you can't open Bluetooth while watching any of the courses which renders your headset useless, you must open it on your phone so you can't open it on a larger screen (laptop for example) or even mirror your mobile screen using a Chromecast, in addition to the lack of customization and lag, very disappointing

2024-03-19	Mo*****	If there's less than one star I would give it to this app. totally useless, unprofessional and very ugly app on every aspect (the login - the player - the UI ) every thing is bad . When there is a bug just tell you that "something went wrong" what went wrong ? and what should I do now. tried to reset my password but was a total failure. every time I got the "process failed" with no explanation. and every time I try to play a video on my phone the app crashes with no particular reason

2024-03-11	Ne*****	Ok, where do i start? 1) You can't connect bluetooth earpods 2) The stupid watermark with my email keeps dancing across the screen, distracting from the contents of the video 3) The player keeps having random glitches and freezing 4) There is no way to tell which videos I've already watched and which I am yet to watch 5) No way to tell my progress in the course. 6) No way to tell the video duration til I open it and it loads. All in all, it is a very frustrating experience.

2024-03-06	Al*****	I hate this app with every fiber of my being! If I fail my upcoming exam it will be because of it. I hate it hate it & I wish the course I need was on any other platform but I'm forced to use it. It's soo slow loading each video. Finding the video I want is torture & I'm in for a surprise every time bcs I can't know the length of the video before I open it & wait for it to load which makes planning absolutely impossible. Every time I finish a video I have to find the next one FROM THE BEGINNING!

The player is slow and clumsy, no automatic subtitles available, if you open another app momentarily or your phone goes to screen timeout it logs you out of the whole course and you have to find the section and lecture you were watching. I also want to have an option of seeing the duration of the lectures but I have to open each one separately to do so. So so inconvenient and makes studying an absolute torment.

2023-02-26	Mo*****	Was an excellent experience till today when I found that you have changed the video player .. Would be great of you if you use the old video player which had up to x2.25 playback speed and 10 sec rewinding 😊
