YOUR BEER RECIPE BOOK
Write down your malt bill, hop additions, yeast and water notes, then list your mash and brew-day steps in order. Tag each recipe with a beer style — IPA, pale ale, stout, porter, lager, pilsner, wheat beer, sour, amber ale or other.

New to a style? Pick it and tap AI Suggest Starting Recipe: the app fills in a starting malt bill, hops, yeast and steps that you review, change and save as your own.

FERMENTATION LOG & ABV CALCULATOR
Add gravity and temperature readings as you take them with your hydrometer and thermometer, each with a date and an optional note, and keep the whole fermentation log for the batch in order. Move a batch from fermenting to conditioning to completed. Enter original gravity (OG) and final gravity (FG) and the ABV calculator works out alcohol by volume instantly.

TASTE, RATE, IMPROVE
Rate a finished beer from 1 to 5 and write tasting notes on aroma, mouthfeel and carbonation. The Stats tab sums up your home brewing: total batches, average rating and the beer styles you make most.

AI BREW ADVISOR
Stuck mid-ferment? The AI Brew Advisor takes the style, your gravity readings, days fermenting and taste-note chips — too bitter, watery, flat, cloudy, too sweet, gravity stalled — and returns a plain-language diagnosis with concrete adjustments for this batch and the next. It is process advice, not a sanitation guide.

YOUR DATA
Your brewing log (recipes, batches, readings, tasting notes) is stored on your phone, with no sign-up form: the app creates an anonymous guest profile so your subscription and free allowances work. When you use an AI feature, the details you entered for that request go through our server to a third-party AI service. The app also uses Firebase (sign-in, analytics), RevenueCat (subscriptions) and Google AdMob (ads in the free version).

FOR ADULTS
Home Brewing is for adults of legal drinking age who make beer at home. It is about the craft — recipes, process and measurements. It does not track how much you drink, does not encourage drinking and makes no health claims. Sanitation and local home-brewing rules are your responsibility.
