Stamp & Coin Collection

Stamp & Coin Collection is a catalog and tracker for coin collectors and stamp collectors who want an honest inventory of what they own — not a guessed price. Log every coin and stamp with country, year, denomination, mint mark, condition, quantity and what you actually paid, and watch the total build from numbers you entered yourself.

It is a proper cabinet for anyone who has outgrown a shoebox or a spreadsheet: the collector working through Lincoln cents mint mark by mint mark, the philatelist sorting definitives, the traveler bringing home world coins. Coins and stamps sit side by side, because many collectors have both.

CATALOG EVERY COIN AND STAMP
• The fields numismatics and philately care about: country, year, denomination, mint marks, condition, quantity, value paid and currency
• Add a photo from your camera or library to any item
• Country and denomination suggestions from a built-in reference list of about 25 major currency programs and a handful of postal series — anything else you simply type in
• An 8-level grading guide, Poor through Mint, with plain descriptions — a reference, not a professional grading service
• Show Haul mode: log a whole batch from a show or an estate sale, save after save

RECORD WHAT YOU PAID
• Every value in this app is a number you typed in — never an AI guess or an invented market estimate
• The total is a plain sum of what you paid for what you own
• A value chart shows how your coin collection and stamp collection have grown

ORGANIZE AND FIND
• Group items into collections or sets — "World Coins," "Lincoln Cents," "Definitives," whatever suits you
• Search your whole inventory by name, country or year, and filter by coins, stamps or a set
• Statistics by country and by condition, with separate totals for each type
• Keep a wishlist with low, medium and high priority for the pieces you are still hunting

INSIGHTS FROM YOUR DATA
• Local insight cards point out gaps in a set, items not yet organized, and missing photos or condition details — no network needed
• Pro adds a short AI-written note on your patterns and gaps — never a price, never a valuation

ON YOUR TERMS
• No account required — start cataloging as a guest the moment you open the app
• An optional reminder to finish logging a haul, offered only after a real batch session and only if you say yes
• Light and dark themes, and the app itself in ten languages

WHAT'S FREE
Cataloging up to 50 coins and stamps, photos, collections, the wishlist, search and filter, the condition guide, local insight cards, statistics, and the last 14 days of your value trend.

PRO
When your collection outgrows the free limit, Pro removes the cap and adds:
• Unlimited coins and stamps
• Export everything to a CSV file you own
• The AI-written read on your patterns and gaps
• The full 90-day value history

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Google Play. It renews unless cancelled, and you can manage or cancel it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions.

YOUR DATA
Your items, photos, notes and prices are stored on your device. The app uses Firebase Analytics to see which screens are used. If you use the Pro AI note, only structural details of your items (coin or stamp, country, year, denomination, condition and collection) are sent to our server and AI provider to write it — never names, notes, prices or photos.

WHO IT IS FOR
Coin collecting and stamp collecting hobbyists at any level, numismatic and philately beginners, and anyone who inherited a box of old pieces.

The app does not tell you what your pieces are "worth" — it tracks what you own and what you paid, and leaves the rest of the picture to you.
