CXBolt Pay is the merchant payment app for businesses on the Cobalt Payments platform. Ring up customers, manage transactions, and see your numbers in real time — all from your tablet.

KEY FEATURES
• Take a sale — Enter an amount, add a tip, and charge the card through Cobalt's secure gateway.
• Tipping — Preset tip percentages or a custom amount, with an unusually-high-tip confirmation to prevent errors.
• Refunds — Issue a full or partial refund against any eligible transaction, right from the order detail.
• Voids — Reverse a sale that's still in the current open batch, before it settles.
• Orders & transaction history — Browse every transaction with date, amount, tip, status, and source. Filter to "this device" or view all sources.
• Batch closeout — Review the current open batch and close it out when you're done for the day.
• Real-time dashboard — Sales volume, order count, and average sale across Today, Yesterday, Month-to-Date, Last 30, and Year-to-Date.
• Email receipts — Send a customer a receipt by email after a sale, refund, or void.
• Gateway account login — Sign in with your Cobalt / gateway.cxbolt.com merchant credentials.

BUILT FOR

CXBolt Pay is intended for merchants in retail, restaurant, bar, hospitality, and beverage businesses across the United States. The app is provided to merchants boarded on the Cobalt Payments platform and authenticates against an existing Cobalt / CXbolt gateway account — it is not a consumer app and does not support self-service account signup.
