Goals & To-Dos
Set clear goals together and link them to small, achievable actions. Everything clearly organized in one place.

Example: The goal is "develop more self-confidence." The corresponding to-do: "Ask a question in class or at a meeting three times a week."

Activities
Short reflections or check-ins that your coachee can easily complete in the app. This way, reflection becomes a fixed part of the process.

Example: three days in a row, the question: "How are you feeling today on a scale of 1 to 10?" followed by "What contributed most to this?"

Push Notifications
Reminders and motivating messages that appear on the coachee's phone at the right time.

Example: "Remember to exercise!"
