I've been a personal trainer for over 15 years.
I was a trainer at CREPS (French Sports Center for the Prevention of Physical Activity), and I created a gym dedicated to both professionals and people who just want to feel better.
And today, I want to make this experience accessible to as many people as possible. To you. No matter your level. No matter your background.
