Need to get from one place to another without any hassle? iuppi is your app for requesting transportation quickly and easily: you indicate your location, add the driver's instructions, and you're all set.

What you can do with iuppi

Create your account with your email or Google account, whichever is most convenient for you.

Complete your profile and verify your phone number: this way we can contact you if needed during the ride. • View the map and your location to request transportation with real-time context of where you are. • Request transportation by indicating the pickup point (you can search for an address), optional destination if you already know it, and pickup directions so the driver can find you without getting lost: landmarks, street, sidewalk, nearby points of interest.

Choose the type of service you need. Passenger transport is designed to take you wherever you need to go; other services such as hauling or home deliveries may be added over time depending on the availability in your city.

Track the progress when a driver is assigned: arrival estimates and location on the map so you know what to expect.

Review your trip history: completed, ongoing, pending, or canceled trips, and the details of each one whenever you need them.

Designed for everyday use

The app is designed to guide you step by step: location permissions when needed, clear messages if the service is unavailable at a given time or if you are outside the operating area, and alerts so you can retry when the network fails.

Before you use it

You need an internet connection and, to request a ride, location services (GPS) must be enabled, as the map and pickup are based on your location. Actual service availability depends on the area and the drivers at that time.

Your peace of mind matters

We use a registration and verification process to securely link your account. Notifications keep you informed about the status of your request when appropriate.
