myHealthButton application is a one stop shop for your Michigan Medicaid

Features & Capabilities

Welcome to myHealthButton Michigan, a free app from the State of Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (in partnership with CNSI). It provides instant, secure access to Medicaid coverage information for Michigan Medicaid, Children's Special Health Care Services (CSHCS), and MIChild, with features to view benefits, the MI Health Card, and related insurance data. Guardians can view their dependent's information as well.

Features include finding doctors near you, viewing CSHCS qualifying diagnoses and authorized providers, accessing health records and the Blue Button file, health risk assessments, and health tracker tools. This app is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
