Tech Radar

Tech Radar is a mobile application created by the National Council of Small and Medium Private Enterprises in Romania (CNIPMMR) within the POCU Tech Nation Digital Skill UP project, made available to businesses to identify the level and need of each of them for digitization.
This works as a diagnostic analysis, determining the level of digitization of the analyzed enterprise and contains:
- a module dedicated to the questionnaire regarding the company's digitization level
- a module dedicated to interpreting the results and generating the report on the level and need for digitization of each enterprise
Tech Radar performs the interpretation of the questionnaire and the determination of the level of digitalization existing in the enterprise, the determination of the need for digitization of the enterprise by highlighting relevant IT applications for each component of the enterprise's activity (production, sales, human resources management functions, etc.), as well as issuing a series of recommendations for the implementation of workplace learning programs in the field of digital literacy and information and communication technology, in order to raise the general degree of digitization of each enterprise.
