| 2024-08-31 |  | | App doesn't work properly. Even if you are at ATM location, it doesn't loacte you. The team doesn't know how to solve the problem. Call centre cannot be reached at single call, we have to wait for hours to connect to CMS call centre. After installation app is showing " Something went wrong, please try again" message and doesn't allowing to login. Tried various methods instructed by call centre " Restarting Mobile handset, Using wifi network of some other handset,etc" but app doesn't work 😒 |
