ONE Connect is a dedicated mobile application designed exclusively for CMS Infosystems employees to manage Cash Management activities efficiently. This in-house tool enables staff to punch in detailed daily activity reports aligned with their assigned roles and responsibilities within the company.

The app ensures secure work allocation through backend authorization, allowing only authorized personnel to access the platform. Key features include real-time updates for ATM Cash Balance Reports (CBR), First Line Maintenance (FLM) activities, and safe lock operations for OTCs, all developed in compliance with RBI and MHA guidelines. ONE Connect facilitates streamlined communication and operational transparency, enhancing overall productivity in cash management and field maintenance tasks.
