XVCMM & IEdF

Following the success of the last Conferences organized by CMM – Portuguese Steelwork Association, the XV Conference on Steel and Composite Construction and I Conference on Facade Engineering will be held in o Porto, Portugal from 20 to 21 November 2025.

XV CMM has the main objective to promote the most recent innovations and achievements in the scope of this type of construction, seeking to contribute decisively to the promotion, consolidation, and expansion of the sector. The Conference will be a privileged encounter for the exchange of ideas and experiences among the different actors in the design and execution of steel and composite structures, as well as in the teaching and research activities in the area. All intervention in this area requires the establishment of multidisciplinary teams, involving different specialists, whose interaction will be stimulated in this Conference. In this edition there will be given special relevance to the themes: "Energy" and "Artificial Intelligence", where the conference will have the presentation of papers, and keynotes by invited speakers on these topics. This edition will also feature the I Facade Engineering Conference, where we will highlight topics of special interest to this sector.
