IR Electrical Escorting

IR Electrical Escorting is a specialized mobile application developed by the CMM group of the Center for Railway Information System (CRIS). Designed specifically for onboard electrical escorting personnel at Indian Railway Coaching Depots, this app facilitates efficient management of electrical systems in trains.

Key features include providing escorting remarks, adding and tracking defects in coaches, recording remedial actions, checking service requests like Rail Madad complaints, reporting fuel consumption, monitoring Head On Generation (HOG) operations, and tracking Diesel Generator (DG) Set running hours in real-time. By enabling personnel to input data directly via mobile devices, the app significantly reduces data entry delays and enhances operational efficiency on Indian Railway trains.
