CM Di Yogshala

CM Di Yogshala (CMDY) is a Government of Punjab initiative providing free yoga and meditation education to citizens across the state. The app helps connect residents with certified yoga instructors appointed through Guru Ravidas Ayurveda University, Hoshiarpur.

Citizens can register individually or organize neighborhood groups with a minimum of 25 members. Group coordinators work with instructors to arrange suitable class times and venues, helping communities practice yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and positive thinking together. The initiative aims to improve physical and mental well-being while making yoga accessible throughout Punjab.
