Easygym Přeštice

EASY GYM Přeštice is a new modern fitness center located on the ground floor of the newly renovated Blue House in Přeštice.

Fitness covers an area of ​​over 450 m2, where there is a reception, changing rooms and showers for men and women, an aerobic hall with mirrors and exercise equipment with body weight and balance equipment.

The fitness itself is on an area of ​​over 150 m2, which is equipped with cardio machines, i.e. machines such as treadmills, stairs, bikes and also a rowing machine, which are used for building physical condition or burning fat. Everything from the Matrix brand.

The strength part is more focused on whole-body fitness and the muscular system in the form of circular and functional training. It is equipped with easy-to-use strength machines, counter pulleys, a multi-press, a bench press, a squat cage, etc., all from the brands Matrix and Ziva.

In particular, you will find here a new dynamic exercise system, where it is possible to build dynamic strength or burn fat by setting the heart rate during strength training.

The self-service access system allows you to easily control everything via our app from your mobile phone.
