Survekshana 2.0

This app enables authorized survey workers to collect structured household data from citizens using their Aadhaar number as the primary identifier. Once the Aadhaar number is entered and verified via OTP, the system auto-populates available demographic details — reducing manual entry errors and speeding up the survey process significantly.
Survey forms cover a wide range of socio-economic parameters including:
Household Information — Family composition, residence type, ownership status, and amenities
Education Details — Literacy levels, school enrollment, and educational qualifications of all members
Health & Medical Data — Health conditions, disability status, access to healthcare, and insurance coverage
Skills & Employment — Vocational skills, occupation, employment type, and income brackets
Other Household Indicators — Access to water, sanitation, electricity, ration cards, and government scheme enrollment
