Chat support and video call support is really helpful. Someone might find small topics missing but that's okay they are the minor topics which you can google easily. (Of course you must have good Google surfing skills if you are planning to switch in data domain). Overall it's a very good course in reasonable cost.

For example they don't have lesson for operators in SQL they assume that users know all the operators I have to check YouTube videos to get clear functionality concept of all operators.
