2025-01-22	Ka*****	Terrible app, it's keeps signing me out, and it seems to be when it does an app update it changes my notification preferences so I then also don't get notified when the school sends me things. How are we supposed to keep up with school info if we can't rely on the app they use for it.

2025-01-17	Bh*****	After the last update from Jan the app stop working properly no longer showing attachments whenever click on it. I have tried in different devices and the issue still remains. The school share the attachments on app but this app is not at all user-friendly.

The school sends messages through the app and I don't have the brain capacity to remember a random password I made for an app I barely use or care about. Just fix it or let the password box be autofilled like any non-psychopathic programmer would do.

2024-05-01	Be*****	Good when it works. This app was great but the last month or so we've had so many issues. You open it, get the logo and then a white screen! Only fix is to remove and reinstall and it's done this a few times. Prob is you only realise it's not working when you find you've missed some important message!

2023-07-07	Al*****	Frustrating app which school insists on using. Push notifications don't happen AT ALL. Occasionally a '1' appears on the app icon but it turns out that there were not 1 but 6 unread messages & now many of these are now out of date. Despite setting notifications to ON many times over 3 years I've missed out on parents evenings & deadlines. Busy life does not lend itself to daily opening the app 'just in case' there's a new stealth message. Dislike no message back function. Email is more reliable.

2022-10-14	Am*****	Can't see the home screen and clicking on the Home button just leaves me in the Settings screen. Emailed the developer contact email address and it bounced as not recognised!!! Was so looking forward to using this and not at all happy as a parent governor that our school has had to pay money to access something that's not working!!!!

2022-06-17	Ge*****	Worked brilliantly when the school first started using it but now I never get notifications. I've checked all settings, uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. I have email alerts too but never get those notifications either. Would rather get letters, texts or emails than use this app.
