2025-01-20	Ga*****	The only useful feature of this app is booking appointments. Other sections don’t work properly, with outdated or missing reports and consultation details. Many features seem included just for show without offering real value. I hope the app is improved to provide more reliable and accessible features in the future.

2025-01-12	Po*****	Pathetic Home vaccination services. I had booked an appointment at the hospital but was convinced by the agents to book home vaccination the next day. After payment no calls were received for the time and date of vaccination. After rigourlus follow up from my side person very reluctantly said he will come, and at 4:00 pm the next day he called to say that person cannot be arranged to get the vaccination done at hospital. Really?? What was the point??

2024-12-26	Ma*****	Very unprofessional management. We booked appointment of Dr Namrita for daughter piercing at 5pm. Your team asked to be in hospital 15 mins before appointment. Its only after 2.5 hours of wait we met the doctor. When you know a particular doctor takes more time per patient then you can schedule the appointment accordingly. For you patient time is of no value. Put someone at reception who respect time.
