2025-02-04	Al*****	Unbelievably unprofessional people. Delivery, not on time. When asked, the driver responded very rudely. Also, this is the second time this has happened consecutively. Save yourself the hassle and find someone else.

2025-01-05	Kh*****	I don't recommend this service as they waste your time and at the end they don't deliver the Gas Cylinder, they got me in trouble multiple times, very sad as this could be a great app if they consider to hire experienced staff and provide good service .. you replied that you have delivered the order which is not true, I have all communication with your driver and can show this to the consumer protection authority, very bad service and attitude.

2024-10-14	Ah*****	Useless app you will ever see. When you click the " new order" button it keeps on loading forever. Not to mention the delays by the drivers. Why have an app like this if it doesn't work. Better repair it or just take it down from the platforms because it's practically worthless

When you apply, the app provide contact number supposedly to be of assigned individual for the delivery , but they're utterly ineffective and will not even attend your calls. It's a scam that will leave you out of pocket. Considering legal recourse. Strongly advise against using this app; it offers no support and is a complete waste of time and money.

Later on, very poor service. The order shows as delivered though we have not received the cylinder. The complaints placed are selectively replied that makes people get irritated. How the driver can deliver without calling the person who placed the order? Surprisingly the feedback call has been stopped. Order Id: 50806

I order in noon hour, till night I not got my delivery. The mistake I did was paid on card. Otherwise I already cancelled and get locally gas. Very bad service.. never order from them. If order also go for cash on delivery, so once u fed up waiting so long u can cancelled the order and go to get it locally.
