CLMS - Centrally Liquor Management System is a government-regulated digital platform designed to track, monitor, and control liquor distribution for serving and retired CAPFs personnel, specifically BSF. Developed by the BSF IT Wing FHQ, it streamlines how liquor is requested, issued, and managed across multiple canteens and depots.

Key features include an improved in-app UI; booking and collection from BSF, CRPF, ITBP and SSB canteens; a four-month liquor/beer quota (two previous months plus current and next); advanced search filters; wishlist submissions to Sub Depots; favorites; single-device login; and end-to-end paperless, online workflows for demand, supply, stock issues, stock taking, and damaged liquor disposal.
