2024-09-24	Da*****	It's just a calendar and contact app. Any tx notes, forms, or other functions of Clinicsense have to be accessed through the web browser, which doesn't scale on mobile in 2024. Also, this is not an app for Android devices because the back button and gesture break the app forcing you to login again. Extremely infuriating and basically uses muscle memory against the user.

2024-09-23	M *****	I can not get the spinning wheel of death to stop after logging on. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, used data, used wifi, and nothing makes the app available. This was one of my reasons for wanting to change to Clinicsense because there was an app that made keeping track of appts easy vs. logging in via the website.

2024-08-22	Aw*****	So it doesn't seem to want to work on android, (don't know about apple) but everytime I try to go back it freezes on a black page and then shuts down, there alot of little glitchy things with the app aswell good thing the app is free.. cuz its not even worth that if I can't even navigate around in it.

2024-08-17	D'*****	the app doesn't function well on tablets, at all. it either goes portrait mode, or switches to "phone" app mode. additionally, it appears that soap notes are not accessible, so making notes from the app is impossible. the web platform, excellent. the app . . . leaves me wanting. 2 flaccid stars.

2023-10-28	Ty*****	update I stopped using ClinicSense because on top of this issue (since May) your rates increased across the board in September. They updated their online booking system in May and despite testing it for close to a year when the new update was forced I no longer received push notifications to my app when appointments were booked. After notifying them they have been working on fixing the issue for 4 months now and it's still not fixed. I keep getting told "it's being tested".

2023-10-18	Ja*****	The desktop is beautiful, so this hurts me to write. This app needs to be completely gutted and probably started from scratch. Get a different designer or something. I'm on an android and the back button is a basic function for every app, but if you hit your back button on here... it's freezes and you have to close out the app and start over. I will 100% change my review when this app gets the much needed attention it deserves. As much as I love clinicsense, I believe this tarnishes their image.

2023-05-27	Jo*****	Terrible app for otherwise very good software. Back button causes screen to white out and requires force close to get it working again. This appears to be a known issue since at least February of 2022 and I'm writing this in May of 2023. They probably aren't going to fix it ever.

That's total bs, and whoever designed this app should never be allowed to touch a computer again. This is app development 101, and clinicsense has failed. Guess I need to spin up a few servers and build my own app and website from scratch, because these guys have no idea what they are doing.
