Client Protrac is the official mobile app for client teams to manage solar and construction projects with Slnko. Use it to track projects, purchase orders, daily progress, scope, accounts, handovers, and engineering—all from your phone, with role-based access and a single place for approvals and support.
What is Client Protrac?
Client Protrac is part of the Slnko ProTrac ecosystem. It gives project clients a single app to see project status, approve purchase orders and engineering drawings, view and filter daily progress reports (DPR), manage scope, monitor accounts and billing, handle handovers, and access help and documentation. The app supports multiple roles and permissions (RBAC) so each user sees only what they’re allowed to.
Dashboard
Your home screen shows an overview of your work: active and completed projects, pending PO approvals, and pending drawing approvals. You can open analytics for a chosen project: summary cards, category-wise completion (e.g. Civil, Electrical, I&C, Mechanical), manpower and progress, and recent activity. A ledger-style view and credit/debit cards help you track billing and balances. You can also see recent engineering drawing activity so nothing slips through.
Projects
Browse and open your projects. Each project has a detail screen with sections you can access (depending on your role): Purchase Order, Scope, DPR, Accounts, Handovers, Engineering, DPR Progress, Uploads, and Help Center.
Purchase Order: View and manage POs linked to the project.
Scope: View scope items and progress for the project.
DPR: View and filter daily progress reports by activity status, DPR status, category (Civil, Electrical, I&C, Mechanical), and more.
Accounts: See billing summary, total received, returns, net balance, and balance with Slnko.
Handovers: View handover details, customer and project info, orders, invoices, commercial terms, comments, and documents.
Engineering: Track engineering drawings and their status (e.g. submitted, approved, revised, draft).
DPR Progress: View progress and activity logs for the project.
Uploads: Access project-related uploads.
Help Center: Open the Slnko help desk in-app (register or track tickets); the app can use the microphone for voice notes in the Help Center.
Purchase Orders (PO)
From the PO tab you can see all purchase orders, filter them, and open PO details. The app supports approval workflows: you can review POs and drawings that are pending your approval and take action. Statuses can include approval pending, approval done, ETD pending/done, material ready, and more. Amounts are shown in INR.
Approvals
The All Approvals area brings together items that need your approval: purchase orders and engineering drawings. You can filter by project and work through pending approvals from one place.
Credit / Debit by project
You can view billing and financial summary by project: total received, returns, net balance, and balance with Slnko, so you keep track of money flow per project.
More
From the More tab you can open Profile, Users (if you have permission), RBAC (roles and permissions), and Settings. Users with the right role can invite and manage users and configure access.
Security and roles
The app uses secure sign-in and optional OTP, and stores tokens securely. Visibility of tabs and sections is controlled by role-based permissions, so clients can limit what each user sees (e.g. only certain projects or only approvals).
Help and support
Inside the app, the Help Center links to Slnko’s help desk. You can register new tickets or track existing ones; the app may prefill your mobile number and project where supported. Microphone access is used only for voice notes in the Help Center.
