I have HIK camera system to compare with, and this system (for my mother) consistently loses network connection with the cameras when the power comes back on after a power failure. Have to call the technician to fix this issue. Also, when you tap on the notifications, it does not replay the event in question. You have to search for the event to see what happened. On the HIK app, I just have to tap on the notification, and it immediately replays the event that triggered the camera. Not happy
