2024-11-01	je*****	Got concord because it was cheaper and looked identical to swann, but the app is useless, doesn't connect to network all the time even though the dvr is connected via network cable. Will be upgrading to a better system that is not concord. Also don't bother putting in tickets for support they never get in contact.

2024-11-01	Ma*****	Google, Can I connect the concord security app directly to the device. The answer in short: Yes you can, firstly connect the base station to the internet. So the answer is No. Tried hotspot off a second phone and the base station couldn't find it. I don't know why manufacturers insist on having to use a router and internet to be able to access the base station through a mobile device but it's now archaic. So, app was useless for me.

2024-10-14	Bo*****	Basically works to a minimum level. Often takes time (minutes) for a camera to come on line. Had to replace the entire system (base unit and two cameras) as the whole system failed. New system works to the same minimum level. WIFI connection is somewhat hit and miss unless the camera is within 5 metres of the base unit. Detection of motion is also somewhat hit and miss even if the sensitivity is set to maximum. Quality of video can vary widely. But replay works well and easy to use.

2024-10-03	Ol*****	Cant get anywhere trouble shooting .. but maybe someone on here might know .. i accidently formatted the storage and now it doesnt record anything . How do i get it to go back to recording and saving the videos ? Have pushed the reset buttin and still cant record

2024-09-13	Di*****	Omg omg Wish I had never bought this system and paid also 200 for electrician to put up the cameras etc .App drops out at a constant and no matter how many times I tried I cannot back up to google drive . App just keep dropping out ... I bought this to keep an eye out for my mother from my home so I have it on remote viewing . It has cost me a fair bit and I am so sad and disappointed does anyone have a phone number at least for this company

2024-08-27	Gr*****	When I first set this app up 3years ago it worked really well. Now it continues to just load and then say offline. Very frustrating when you need to check cameras.

2024-08-09	na*****	It seems to stick and go off-line frequently. Especially if I have it on the screen for more than about 20 seconds. It's very frustrating. Images are good during the day. Notifications have stopped working altogether which is very frustrating. I've tried looking at the settings and save the setting I want but the push notifications have just stopped working and now so have the front door alarm 🤨
