2025-01-19	Aa*****	SoS! Pls help. There are many issues with this security system. Tried on 3 Andriod phones & 95+% of the motion events are not pushed to the app. Also, despite all the necessary settings, whatever notifications reach the app, are false or not properly shown in AI & do not pop-up on the phone. Out of 6 cameras that I have, 2 do not switch on the spot light upon motion at night. I am ABSOLUTELY UNSATISFIED as this system is NOT AT ALL performing as what a security camera system should do.

2024-11-28	Ch*****	Refreshing! I don't have to pay a monthly fee?! Ring doorbell cameras want a monthly subscription for a fraction of the capabilities. Excellent setup. Quick update: the user interface is not intuitive, but contrary to other reviews you can set the flood light option. I turn it off in our backyard unless we're on vacation, as an example. If you have this professionally installed, ask your low-voltage contact to show you how it works.

2024-10-12	Fi*****	I like the cameras because of the distance and the clarity it's very good. However, the lights when people come towards your house at night are very cumbersome. We can't get them to come on and off like spot lights with motion. As well when looking at the camera display it won't stay in the order that we require even after we have named them, it always goes back to the channel number instead. And why when we name the cameras can't they be in white letters not red as you can't see them. Thx
