2024-05-29	Ma*****	Trash app. This app is used for work scheduling and has never worked right in 5 years. Constantly crashes in the background, freezes up, the notifications are annoying, the addresses are usually wrong or don't align to the actual address. Completely changed my job and mileage efficiency. Since moving to this app my work load hasn't changed much, but my mileage has gone up 40%.
Trash app. This app is used for work scheduling and has never worked right in 5 years. 2023-10-27	Lu*****	Poor user interphase. Errors when entering 2FA. Forced turning on my GPS when installed. I'm not using the map feature. How can you possibly call yourselves a business app. You need better design, interphase and reliability. Needs a complete redesign.

2022-10-18	Re*****	App is terrible. It works when it wants to. It really doesn't work if you don't have good service. Even if you have good service you may have to keep completing the tasks. It will say tasks completed but once you go back it may make you enter in all the Information all over again. Its frustrating when you are trying to drive and do your job. We use it at my job out here in the oilfield. We haul water for marathon. I wish they would get a better app. Other than that no complaints.

2022-09-11	An*****	Every call you try to view you have to slowly click through 6 errors minimum just to see it. Every time you back out, you have to click through the errors yet again.... it's ridiculous the amount of errors you get just doing basics. I'll happily update this review when this gets fixed

2022-08-04	Ar*****	Horrible app... Dont know why you guys are not improving it... Whenever we try open call we always have to click on unhandled error 4 to 5 times then we are available to open that call... And we need to referesh that call again and again in order to work... We cant add codes and close call in this app... Lot of other bugs

2021-05-14	Ri*****	Probably the WORST app I have ever been forced to use in my life. I understand how companies want to micromanage their workforce like they were little machines, but I spend more time fighting with this app then I I do working. Its Slow, Crashes, is not intuitive at all, and can't do even basic functions well. If I could Give negative stars, I would.

2020-10-28	Ja*****	This app is the worst thing to happen to my company. Took a job I loved & made good money & turned into a job I loathe & make way less than I did before it. So called scheduling is a nightmare, illogical at best, wastes your time, route time incorrectly calculated, stacks appointments, over & under loads you. The latest sack of feces to be dumped on us is constantly having to uninstall and reinstall because most of the work for the day doesnt show up. Corporate sabatoge. Moral low anxiety high

2020-08-24	Ro*****	If I had a dollar for everytime I had to unistall and reinstall the gliche app life would be good. This app ruined my job. Unreliable technology. It should be called CLICHE! Sends multiple inspectors to the same location and each has 1or 2 assignments each. It's terrible period. The rating speaks for itself.

2020-05-21	Je*****	Honorable crashes non stop reinstalling every other week Absolutely horrible at scheduling a route waist hours every day driving back and forth on the same road passed the same location 6 times in a single day and then send you to a location where there are 3 other employees that have already been sent there today. if I where allowed to see my schedule for the entire day I could probably save 3 hours a day

2020-02-05	A *****	Works well. App crashes EVERYTIME connecting/disconnecting from Android auto. Would be nice if this was fixed as GPS with Android auto is essential during my day and completing my route. I have a fresh install of Android and Click on my phone to ensure that software wasn't the issue.
