2023-07-06	Re*****	The app doesn't work as it fails to unlock the cycles upon scanning the QR code. However it repeatedly deducts amounts from your debit card each time you place a request. The cycles were dusty and covered with webs, looking like they hadn't been used in a long while. We did drop an email and call the number given for customer care but no response. If you wish to cycle in Dover, best not to rely on this app to do so. It only takes money without delivering any outcomes.

(Only hidden in the terms and conditions) but being a pre-auth I should get back what has been held and only charged for what I have used. Please can you inform future customers of this either at the pick up point or on the app please. £40 pre auth per bike or £56 per eBike.
