Click Caroní is Banco Caroní's secure electronic internet and mobile banking service, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. From the website or the Google Play app, users can perform transfers (own accounts, third parties, other banks), schedule transfers, make multiple payments, pay credit cards and services (SENIAT, utilities, telecom), manage mobile payments (P2P, P2C, C2P), consult and print account statements and movements, activate/unlock debit cards, suspend checks, and manage payroll and supplier payments for companies. The service sends immediate email and SMS notifications, offers automatic session logout for safety, and supports downloading a Security Card for enhanced protection.

To use Click Caroní customers must register to create a username and password. Individuals need to be Banco Caroní account holders and possess a Banco Caroní debit card; companies must submit a completed service request and contract at a branch with identification and RIF documents for approval.
