DataLock BT (by ClevX) is a mobile app that enables Android devices to authenticate and lock/unlock DataLock® BT self‑encrypting USB drives via Bluetooth Smart®. The app supports multilayer authentication options — phone-only, phone+PIN, or phone+PIN+UserID/location/time — and works with drives using XTS‑AES 256‑bit hardware encryption, providing full‑disk protection without requiring software on the drive.

Compatible with any host OS or device that has a standard USB port (Windows, macOS, Linux, Chrome, medical devices, TVs, printers, cars, etc.), DataLock BT lets users secure removable Flash, HDD and SSD drives easily. Note: the app requires purchase of a DataLock® BT Secured USB drive from ClevX. The solution and app are developed and patented by ClevX, LLC.
