CleverResponder

CleverResponder is the field companion app for armed-response and security units operating on the CleverCam monitoring platform. It connects responders on the ground directly to the control room, so dispatches, scene navigation and on-site verification all happen in one place.

CleverResponder is for accredited security response personnel whose company already uses CleverCam. You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time PIN — there is no separate password to remember.

ON / OFF SHIFT
• Clock on to your assigned response unit at the start of a shift, and clock off at the end.
• The control room sees which units are active and available in real time.

LIVE DISPATCH
• Receive a dispatch the moment the control room assigns your unit to an incident.
• See the incident location, priority and key details at a glance.

NAVIGATION TO THE SCENE
• Navigate straight to the incident with a live estimated time of arrival, so the control room — and the customer — know how far out you are.

ON-SCENE CHECKLISTS
• Work through the verification steps the control room needs: confirm arrival, check the entry points, and close the incident out.
• Capture evidence photos and scan QR codes at the site. They attach directly to the incident for the operator to review.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD
• Background location keeps your unit's position current while you are on shift, so dispatch decisions are based on who is actually closest. Location is only tracked while you are clocked on.
• Push notifications make sure you never miss a dispatch.

CleverResponder is part of the CleverCam ecosystem, alongside CleverAlert, CleverCommand and CleverOps. An active CleverCam account, provided by your security company, is required to use this app.
