Biomas

The Biomás app is a tool designed to simplify donor data management in a more practical and efficient way. With this solution, the work of all collaborators is optimized, saving time, reducing errors and complying with the quality regulations of the pharmaceutical industry.
What can you do with the app?
- Visits to donors: If you are a visitor, the app guides you step by step in the interview with the donors, ensuring an agile and error-free process.
- Donor management: You can search, edit, suspend and cancel donors with ease. If there is already a donor in the database, the app automatically identifies her and allows you to reactivate her or update her data, avoiding duplicates and guaranteeing the quality of the information.
- Automatic assignment of collector: When loading a new donor, the app automatically assigns the logistics company that will pass by your home, optimizing coordination.
- Collectors: If you are a collector, your profile in the app allows you to see the exact location and updates of each donor in your area, managing registrations, suspensions, complaints and cancellations in a more agile and simple way.
Benefits:
- Time savings: Thanks to automation and ease of management, both for you and the donors.
- Error reduction: The system is designed to avoid duplicates and ensure that the information is correct and secure.
- Regulatory compliance: The app helps comply with the industry's strict quality standards, which require rigorous control of the origin of urine, the raw material for a crucial medicine in the treatment of infertility.
At Biomás, maintaining a secure and updated database is essential to carry out orderly management, offer a high-quality service to our donors and comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations.
With this app, we make everyone's work simpler and more agile, we improve the service provided to donors and we optimize our processes. Together, we can reach more people and help fulfill the dream of starting a family.
