They were over 14 hours late from the delivery time they told me, which meant I had to ruin my dress pants because all my work clothes were dirty and in their possession. On top of that they didn't even bring my laundry to my hotel room like they did the first time. For what they charge that's just terrible business in my opinion. I will NOT be using this service again!
