Cancelling an account through the app is intentionally cumbersome, forcing users to click through a gauntlet of escalating offers just to leave, while the trial functions as a scam that locks you out of bookings until you upgrade. Typical of overseas companies.

2026-09-05	Ka*****	They dont show how many credits a class cost, when you click on pricing they send you to the "free" sign up which requires credit card etc. not trustworthy and extremely untransparent, and based on the other reviews here, they steal your money

2026-09-04	Mi*****	It doesn't accept all cards so I can't use my tangerine visa debit or wealthsimple MasterCard debit. Like many, I don't deal with big banks because of high monthly fees so this is unfortunately not an option for me. Too bad because I really like the app and it makes classes cheaper to attend.
