2026-07-30	ex*****	search is nonfunctional. i have to find classes by the studio. if i use the map, it will say "no classes in your area" no matter what you put in. The is fundamentally broken and insane that its being passed off as a functioning feature. These devs should be embarassed.

2026-07-30	*****	Terrible experience. It was good at first, but the humiliation and discrimination I faced at studios for using ClassPass isn't worth it. On top of that, AGENT BRIAN was so rude when I encountered issues. I immediately demanded a refund. Avoid this app if you want to be treated like a paying customer. Never again.

2026-07-28	Li*****	just started using but disappointed because i didnt realize its subscription base and not top up base. and take note if u miss the class, they will charge u $19 unless u cancel at least 12h in advance ( so if youre sick just suck it up i guess )

I get notifications shortly before class about the reservation and sometimes these aren't even in the same city I live in, or they're classes I would never have signed up for at times I am out of town, working, or otherwise busy. they have charged me no-show and late cancellation fees each time amounting in hundreds of dollars. I had to cancel my membership because it won't stop.
