2026-07-08	Vi*****	Predatory tactics that shouldn't even be legal. 1) Signing up for a free trial should not force enrollment. This is relying on users not being able to, or forgetting, to cancel their trials on time. 2) Users should not lose all of their points upon cancelling. Whatever points are accumulated should remain until the end of the membership. Users should not be pressured to use all their points before they can cancel. 3) Roll over points shouldn't be capped

2026-07-06	Ha*****	Their customer acquisition tactics are terrible. Before signing up you dont see how many credits each class needs (hint it can be a lot). Then when taking trial you are not given full access trial with 35 credits, but choices where you can use them is rather limited. at least now I see how many credits I need for classes I wanted to try (but cant while in trial). When contacting cs it is close to impossible to talk with human and their ai agent is terrible.

Then when taking trial you are not given full access trial with 35 credits, but choices where you can use them is rather limited. at least now I see how many credits I need for classes I wanted to try (but cant while in trial). 2026-07-03	Lu*****	persistent trouble booking specific studios, 1 of my favorite studios is no longer available.. very limited selection of services and studios ~ and honestly I dont appreciate being reminded to tip from the app. if you want a certain amount of payment for a service, just require that many credits? I thought apart of the appeal of using the app was that I didnt have to bring extra forms of payment? using proved to be more inconvenient

2026-07-02	ur*****	The app had been functioning well until recently where the 'submit' button on review page has gone missing. this was annoying as even if I close it without leaving any reviews it keeps on popping up every time I use the app. it is also bad for business as users can't leave reviews. I've tried to contact via website but the AI help was just useless. no other option to raise such a problem. pls fix it!

2026-07-02	Ah*****	This app is pretty disappointing. Their customer service is not replying. Their referral system doesn't work, my friend referred the app to me however, when we opened the referral code it didn't give her any credits when I created an account even paid for a membership. Was a waste of my money and time.
