You sign up for a trial and it won't even let you book the classes until you have a paid membership. that skips the whole point of a trial. I'm wildly disappointed. I tried to see if customer service could do anything to let me book a class since I'm on my trial. and they're not helpful whatsoever. don't waste your money, don't waste your time on class pass. It's the worst app I've ever used

2026-08-24	Ch*****	This platform is dangerous and fraudulent. I booked a class at a placed called Beauty Genie. Reviews on ClassPass were decent, but when I arrived there, following google map, I was led to an empty field in an industrial park with no locations. I called and the voicemail was fake. I contacted ClassPass support and its a chat bot with no real human behind the chat. They told me that I could no be reimbursed because I attended the class... !?!?!. They gave me half the credits back. That's theft.

2026-08-23	Ch*****	First time come Mi Aerial Yoga 830am Sunday via classpass channel, reached 20mins earlier but the studio locked without inform. Tried multiple call can't reach. Received cancellation email on 825am as I'm waiting infront of the studio. What a poor and unprofessional service ! I came all the way from another area for the class and disappointed. I would lodge complain to classpass platform and National Consumer Complain Center NCCC.
