2024-11-28	Sa*****	Having trouble loading up, some features don't work. Homework says 0 when my child has completed Homework it doesn't show anything. All morning not been able go on the app just won't load.

2024-10-17	Le*****	Possibly the worst school communication app I have used. Posts are not in any order so you don't know what is newest. There are no notifications unless you check your emails and the navigation of the app as a while is awful

2024-10-11	Lo*****	Second time of logging in, the app has crashed. 😣 Crashed again 1 week later. It has crashed again 2 days after that. I have to keep deleting and reinstalling to get it working again. Very frustrating.

2024-06-28	Ni*****	Good, but it could be better. The school issue multiple announcements on a daily basis, whichbis great. However, there seems to be no rhyme or reason as to which order they are published and you have to scroll through multiple to find out which one it is, and even then it's not obvious as it doesn't show if its been read previously or not. And there's always a persistent red dot over announcements so it looks like something is unread or there's something that needs your attention

2024-01-23	El*****	Where has the attendance and timetable features disappeared to? They were there yesterday morning but now vanished. Can't report absence through the app now which was a good feature to have as its a nightmare contacting the school and getting an answer on the phone!

2023-12-16	Hu*****	I wish the app was better in its workflow. I appreciate that the homework due list might work when there's only a few pieces set, but typically, when there are around 9 pieces a week, it's too difficult to work through the long list and plan for when each work is due in advance. With today's tech, there should be an integration with your calendar of choice (e.g. Google calendar) so that visually, a parent can immediately see what homework is due when and help plan ahead with your children.

2023-11-17	pa*****	There is no way to expand information for seeing why positive and negitive points were recorded. I know the teachers can expand and see what other teachers have written and I think this feature should be accessible to parents too. It's nice to see an exceptional work award but it would help a lot to know why. The same is true for negitive recordings too. I have taken this up with the school but there is no sign of change.

2023-05-15	Ri*****	First impressions: Looks nice, but... 1) The 'weekly behaviour breakdown' doesn't make any sense 2) The attendance is backwards ( shouldn't it be most recent first?) 3) The screenshots of the app are either wrong or out of date as there are no 'Behaviour Award' or 'Messages' screens. Other than that, it looks nice, so we'll see how it goes 👍

2023-02-24	Em*****	Update: it seems more stable now. I occasionally get an issue but can resolve it by switching data off & back on. Have left it at 2 stars because I still find it frustrating there are no notifications. The previous app used by the school had pop ups & emails to alert you when new homework was set &again when due. This app has nothing! Initially this app was ok but now I get a message saying there was an error loading and I have to constantly reinstall it. Very frustrating as this happens daily.
