2024-09-19	*****	the literal only problem I have is that the camera process to take back of checks images for deposit is absolute trash. there will be a clear image but the process focuses and unfocusses and gives a camera cannot focus error. front of checks images have never been an issue. if it can't take back of check images, don't include the feature or do more testing on a different variety of devices to make sure it works for everyone.

2024-03-31	Lu*****	Log in is getting worse, for days you don't have access to your account. They don't have technical support, call and they say no problem on their end, that means fixing the App is my responsibility?

2022-08-18	th*****	Nice but, I liked the last update. The one thing I really liked was choosing what to see in the snapshot. Now that's gone. If I hide the account it hides it in the whole account even when fully logged in. I don't want prying eyes to see everything if I just wanted to take a quick peek at my certain accounts.

2021-04-22	Mi*****	2nd review 4/22/2021: with every update there is more to complain about, the app transition between menus is not seamless, you get thrown back to the main menu every time and have to tunnel back in. Still seriously needs work. And where the hell are the pending transactions?? 1/25/2020:The 2nd layer authentication never works. With every new modification I feel less and less secure with the application ability to protect my financial information.

2021-03-08	Me*****	Class Act is a five-star financial institution with the best customer service I've ever encountered. But the app is a little bit clunky and it's not always easy to find the information I need (sometimes because you can only get that info by calling or stopping by a branch). Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience as a customer, and I highly recommend Class Act if you want to feel more like a human and less like an account number.
