Las reseñas destacan principalmente fallos en recargas y pagos (no llegan las recargas, errores al comprar paquetes con puntos, pagos con tarjeta problemáticos), problemas de acceso y gestión de cuenta (no poder desloggear, cambios de número que bloquean el acceso, contraseñas) y fallos tras actualizaciones (la app se desconfigura, no carga recibos ni datos del plan). Pocas opiniones son positivas, mencionando buena comunicación o que la app es muy buena/excelente. En general, satisfacción baja y quejas sobre servicio al cliente.

customer service has deteriorated. use another service. all I receive from their customer service are standard replies"that nobody is available, try again later". an email sent to claro resulted in a standardized apology letter which did not result in a solution! f!!k claro peru!!!!
