On Call® Care Alliance

On Call ® Care Alliance is a cloud-based remote patient data management platform designed to help users track and monitor blood glucose data and blood ketone data. The app allows users to securely store, view, and share their data with caregivers, family members, or healthcare professionals.

All data is stored securely in the cloud and can be accessed via mobile or web platforms, enabling continuous monitoring and improved collaboration between users and their care teams.

This app supports Android 9 and above. On Android 9–11, location permission is required for Bluetooth scanning of nearby glucose meters due to system requirements. On Android 12+, Bluetooth permissions are used instead and location is not accessed. The app does not use location for tracking or navigation.
