At first it use to work fine but it started not recording so I changed out the card and it worked for a while now if you try to play a recording it only shows a still picture of 3 images and whenever you go into the app to look at the camera it spins and go up to 80% and never shows live video. On top of it there is no one you can call to repair it smh....actually there is no number.lol

Clare video doorbell is useless. Last update stopped video playback. Now doorbell is offline and will not connect to the wifi it's been connected to for 3 yrs. Goes offline about once a month & requires reset. This time it simply won't connect. Called customer support. Was told to call BSG San Antonio as they were the installer when my house was built. Called BSG and was told a technician would reach out to me. No one called. Still not working. Flashing red let's every1 know it's malfunctioning.
