I don't know what happened. But the app's store says "404 Error", everything else, like the UI works. Help.

I would have given this app a 5 star rating however I am from the generation that got the chance to experience & appreciate the sales you used to offer years ago back in the late 1990's & early 2000's as this would definitely make me want to return again & I also would have given 5 stars instead of just 3. Claire's has a ton of super cute items however most people can't afford the cost of their items. Please bring that sale back every once in a while & I'll definitely return & recommend, 😊

My login works fine on the website but this app never lets me log in and when it does I get a loading error and I get logged out when it refreshes

There are constant error messages when trying to view products. It forces you to return to the home page to continue using the app, preventing you from viewing more than the first few products. These error messages make the app unusable and unstable.

it's great for buying online from them but it also does crash a lot and sometimes it won't save what I want to buy it can be annoying

the app is rubbish i struggle to log in to my account and if it dose long me me I carnt update anything. there's also issues with the clairs website to doing the same thing

App doesnt work, while scrolling through products it pops up with an error page. Ridiculous.

Shocking, the app doesn't do anything at all, error error error, and not actually opening anything u click, logging in is certainly not possible, uninstalled, downloaded again to see if that helped and uninstalled withing 10 seconds, such a great store but such a terrible app :'( huge shame and greatly disappointed

Everytime I attempt to use the app I get an error loading page when using the shop and doesn't let me view anything. (Error Code -1) I ended up using browser to place my order. Closed app and tried again and same result, checked no update avail either.

Just downloaded the app, trying to look for hello kitty things, and the screen keeps giving me an error code for whatever reason. Not sure what's up with that. might as well use the website.
