My Medication:Tracker & Alarms

Keep on top of your medication: what to take and when, what you have already taken, how much you have left, and where your repeat prescription has got to. My Medication is a pill reminder and medication tracker that works entirely on your own phone. There is no account to create and nothing to sign in to.

Reminders that fit real prescriptions
Not every prescription is one tablet a day, so the schedule does not assume it is.
• Every day, certain days of the week, every few days, specific dates, or some days on and some days off
• Several doses a day, each with its own amount
• Medication you only take when needed, recorded as you take it
• Answer straight from your lock screen: Taken, Snooze or Skip

What a reminder says in public is up to you
Reminders appear on your lock screen, where anyone nearby can read them. Choose whether one shows the medication's name, says only that something is due, or says nothing about medication at all.

Your medication cabinet
• Name, strength, form, and what each medication actually looks like
• A photo of the packet or the tablet, so there is no doubt which is which
• The doctor who prescribes it and the pharmacy that dispenses it

Know before you run out
• Record how much you have and watch it come down as you take doses
• See roughly when you will run out, and when to order a refill
• Log a new pack, a recount, or anything wasted, damaged, lost or expired

Repeat prescriptions, step by step
Follow a repeat from requested, to approved, to with the pharmacy, to being prepared, to ready to collect, to collected. Record a part collection when the pharmacy can only give you some of it. You do the asking — the app keeps track of where it got to.

A record you can show someone
• Every dose you recorded, with corrections marked as corrections
• Filter by medication, or look back over a calendar
• Make a PDF or a spreadsheet for an appointment, and see exactly what is in it before you send it

Private by design
• No account, no sign-in, no server
• No ads, no analytics, no tracking, and nothing sold to anyone
• The app does not request internet permission, so it cannot send your information anywhere even if it tried
• Works with no signal at all
• Lock it behind your fingerprint, face unlock or device PIN
• Block screenshots and screen recording while you are in it
• Photos have their location data removed when you add them

A backup that is genuinely yours
One encrypted file, protected by a passphrase you choose. Nobody can open it without that passphrase — not us, not Google. Keep it wherever you like.

Made to be readable
Light and dark themes, high contrast, reduced motion, and it follows the text size you set on your phone.

An early version — please read
This is a new app, and whether reminders arrive is exactly what is being tested. Please keep whatever you use now — your pillbox, your phone alarm, your list on the fridge — and run this alongside it. Nothing here should be the only thing standing between you and a dose. My Medication does not give medical advice
It helps you organise medication, reminders, stock and prescription renewals. It does not replace advice from a doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional. It cannot identify a tablet, suggest a dose, tell you what to do about a missed dose, or check whether two medications interact.

This version keeps one person's medication.
