I have no issue with paying a mo they service for a product, but when Customer Service is hard/impossible to get in contact with, no reply when sending emails, and cannot cancel subscription via app, because it doesn't work, AND it's been a year? So disappointed in a company that aligns itself to be professional to run like some kind of scam where you are "locked" logistically and administratively based on lack of Customer Service. Never again. A year of $19.99 a month on bad business practices

Coming back to the pole after a hiatus and got the new app, but it won't allow login. Password reset gives an odd error, login won't display symbols so I can't enter my full email when trying to re-sign up, and no support link.
