CivilNext Staff is the field-team companion app for service partners on the CivilNext platform. Electricians, plumbers, mechanics, supervisors and other on-ground staff use it to receive and complete assigned work, track attendance, and keep every job moving — straight from their phone.

• Assigned jobs — see the service, rental and consultation orders assigned to you, with customer details, location and instructions.
• Live job status — move each job through En route → Arrived → In progress → Completed; the customer and provider are updated automatically.
• Attendance & GPS — geofenced check-in/out, working-hours tracking and live location so your team lead always knows the status of the day.
• Offline order booking — create on-the-spot orders with customer search, the full item catalogue, transport and payment options.
• Expenses — log site expenses with photos and submit them for approval.
• Inventory & materials — view available stock and record material movement.
• Voice, photo & video notes — attach evidence to tasks and order comments.
• Reports — daily-to-yearly summaries with PDF export where enabled.
